Who created the first web browser?

Tim Berners-Lee
Tim Berners-Lee created WorldWideWeb, the first web browser and web editor, in October 1990 at CERN to access web pages on the World Wide Web he had invented. The WorldWideWeb browser ran on NeXTSTEP computers and included both viewing and editing capabilities for hypertext documents. Later, Marc Andreessen developed Mosaic at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA), the first graphical web browser that helped popularize the web to mainstream audiences.
