Official Sweepstakes Rules
Version 2.0 · Effective April 10, 2026
1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes is sponsored by TDQ Media LLC, 5931 Greenville Ave PMB 3080, Dallas, TX 75206 (the “Sponsor”), administered through thedailyquiz.com (the “Website”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of TDQ Media LLC, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children), and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time, including requiring proof of age and residency prior to awarding any prize.
3. Sweepstakes Period & Drawing Schedule
The sweepstakes operates on a rolling monthly basis. Each Drawing Period begins at 12:00 AM ET on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59 PM ET on the last day. Drawings are conducted within five (5) business days following the close of each Drawing Period. The Sponsor may introduce additional drawing cadences (e.g., weekly or daily) with advance notice on the Website.
4a. How to Enter — Online (No Purchase Necessary)
Create a free account at thedailyquiz.com, affirm you are 18+ and agree to these Official Rules, opt into email communications, and complete one or more quizzes. Each completed quiz earns one (1) entry. Bonus entries: scoring 80%+ earns one (1) additional entry; completing quizzes on 7+ consecutive days earns five (5) additional entries at each 7-day milestone. Previously published quizzes are eligible. Retaking a completed quiz does not earn additional entries.
4b. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without an account, hand-print your full name, email address, date of birth, and mailing address on a 3"×5" card and mail to: The Daily Quiz Sweepstakes, TDQ Media LLC, 5931 Greenville Ave PMB 3080, Dallas, TX 75206. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per Drawing Period. Must be postmarked by the last day of the Drawing Period and received within five (5) business days of the drawing date. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illegible mail.
5. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Drawing Period.
6. Prizes
One (1) winner per monthly Drawing Period unless otherwise announced. Current prize: $250 Amazon Gift Card (ARV: $250). Future prizes will be announced on the Website. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. For prizes valued at $600+, the winner may need to provide a SSN/TIN for IRS reporting (Form 1099).
7. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. The potential winner is notified via email within three (3) business days and must respond within fourteen (14) calendar days. Before prize fulfillment, the winner must verify identity and age (date of birth and, if requested, government-issued photo ID), confirm eligibility, and execute any required affidavit of eligibility and liability release. If a winner fails to respond, is ineligible, or declines, an alternate may be selected. Up to two (2) alternate drawings may be conducted.
8. Privacy & Data Use
Personal information is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Information is used solely for administering the sweepstakes and improving the Website. The Sponsor will not sell participants’ information to third parties for marketing. Winners’ names and general location may be disclosed as required by law.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for the Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation. The winner may opt out by notifying the Sponsor in writing at the time of prize claim.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release TDQ Media LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from participation, technical failures, unauthorized tampering, injury or damage, or printing errors. The Released Parties are not responsible for incorrect entry information. Total liability shall not exceed the prize value at issue.
11. Fair Play & Disqualification
Any attempt to manipulate the sweepstakes through bots, scripts, multiple accounts, false identities, or other fraud will result in immediate disqualification and permanent account termination. The Sponsor may pursue legal remedies and may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive manner.
12. Modification, Suspension & Cancellation
The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise integrity. In such event, a winner may be selected from entries received prior to cancellation. Changes to these rules will be posted with an updated effective date; continued participation constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
Governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Dallas County, Texas courts. Claims must be filed within one (1) year after accrual.
14. Winners List
For a winners list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: The Daily Quiz — Winners List Request, TDQ Media LLC, 5931 Greenville Ave PMB 3080, Dallas, TX 75206. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the applicable Drawing Period.
